THI YEN NHI LE Amazon seller, THI YEN NHI LE, is making fraudulent transactions against my small business LINH HUONG SON HA TINH

We recently discovered that an Amazon seller, THI YEN NHI LE, is making fraudulent transactions against my small business, Master Tool Repair. I am seeking assistance with the following:

·       Shutdown of the Amazon seller

·       Reimbursement for these fraudulent charges totaling $1,403.13

Below are the details of the transactions and supporting information.

I have made several attempts to address this issue by reporting the fraudulent charges to Amazon's support team and following their guidelines for dispute resolution. However, despite my best efforts, I have not been able to obtain a satisfactory resolution or the necessary assistance to rectify the situation. This has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the likelihood of future fraudulent activity by this seller.

 Given the gravity of this situation and its impact on my small business, I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can provide guidance, support, and assistance in resolving this matter effectively. I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary steps to rectify the fraudulent charges and prevent any further harm to my business. Any assistance you can provide in expediting the resolution process would be immensely appreciated.

I have attached relevant documentation, including order information and any other evidence that can help shed light on the situation. I am more than willing to provide any additional information that may be required for a comprehensive investigation.

·       What is happening:

o   The Amazon seller is taking orders from customers and charging the customer’s credit card.

o   Then the Amazon seller is using stolen credit cards to make purchases from Master Tool Repair and requesting that the product be shipped to the customer who ordered via Amazon.

o   Master Tool Repair is then shipping the product to the Amazon seller’s customer as directed by the order from the Amazon Seller.

o   However, the credit card used by the Amazon seller is then initiating a chargeback to Master Tool Repair due to credit card fraud.

o   So the Amazon customer has their product and the Amazon seller was paid for the product and the person with the stolen credit card has been reimbursed for the fraudulent charge.

o   Master Tool Repair is out the money for a product that was delivered to the Amazon customer.

·       Who is Master Tool Repair?

o   Master Tool Repair is a small family-owned company.

o   We are an authorized seller for many manufacturers in the industrial tool repair part business.

o   We have a warehouse in Denver, CO and employees in several other states.

·       Details on the stolen credit cards

o   The credit cards being used by the Amazon seller to purchase from Master Tool Repair are being entered with the correct Street Address, Zip Code, and 3-digit CVS code.

o   These credit cards are passing basically fraud detection tests.

·       Who is the Amazon Seller:

o   Business Name: THI YEN NHI LE

o   Business Address:

·       What has been done:

o   Master Tool Repair has called Amazon on June 13, June 20, and June 21 trying to get resolution and also trying to get the seller shutdown.

o   As of June 22, the seller is still selling on Amazon.com.

§  This is hard to understand especially with the details that have been provided.

§  See screenshot below showing the seller as active.

o   Master Tool Repair was able to find and talk to several of the Amazon customers who received the product and they willingly shared their Amazon order details to help us with this fraud.

o   The address used for the Amazon customers was the correct address, however the phone number and email addresses are incorrect.
