Lesperance is a person who comes off like he has a lot of money. However, after letting him borrow over a million dollars I realized that he was not ever going to pay me back.
Key Considerations
1. It is amazing that he even has a job with the amount of time he spends on the Kinloch golf course.
2. He drinks like a fish and does not care about anyone else except the next time he is going to have a good time.
3. Never go into a business deal with this guy because you will get the short end of the strike … nothing in return or a business partner that does nothing.
