Thomas J. Moss Is a complete and total Scam artist. He tells people he was an EX veteren and that he works for the goverment developing SPY satiellite's but in reality, along with his "Interior Designer wife" who deosn't work or speak and two children are moving from location to location, Scamming their way into multiple rental properties, Not paying for rent. He knows thew system and will milk you for every day he can stay and will not leave until the police throw him out.

They have multiple judgments in S.C. for at least $15.000 and we're just removed from our property days ago. He and his wife are now wanted by police for mistomeanor Check fraud in the amount of $2900.00

We spoke to the previous landloard who informed us, He owes him $8000 and that he also scammed an old lady out of $2000 by befriending her dying husband, going to and appearing to care and be helpful; her everyday until his passing only to extort thousands of dollars from her the day after the funeral by screaming bible verses at her until she wrote the check. Then said he'd pay her back. He never did.

We took the word of a reputable local realtor and from a pasture at a local prominant church who had helped them and put them up in a hotel we found out later. Also, later to find out he was an ex felon and could potentialy be carrying automatic weapons.
