 This is a nightmare. Thomas Madel will NOT leave me alone. I'm on Twitter on a (relatively) new account and here he is stalking, trolling, and sending me racist harassment from accounts with no tweets and no followers. The most recent of these being @duckdynasty210 and @elonboy7. I have not seen Thomas Madel in in SIX years. Yet he has managed to create almost 100 accounts for the sole purpose of stalking and harassing me on Twitter and Instagram. He destroyedy main account and got it banned out of hate and bitterness, and now is trying to do the same to my new account. I have no choice but to file charges against Thomas Madel for assault and continued unwanted harassment. Which I am in fhe middle of right now. I have already contacted the Winston-Salem Police Department (and they already know Thomas Madel and have told me his mental health has been deteriorating rapidly alongside his own drug use...something he has claimed about myself but it was obviously all projection.) I have already filed a police report, and the Winston Salem police department has let me know what proper steps to take in order to make sure Madel is locked up behind bars. Thomas Madel is a racist, a white supremacist who claims white supremacist terrorist groups, a thief, a liar, a stalker, a drug user, and an internet troll. He has threatened me and my family. He REFUSES to leave me alone. I have no choice but to work with the Denver and Winston Salem police departments to try to lock him up. I am sick of this. Leave me alone Thomas Madel! This isn't fun or funny and I guess you need to go to jail for a long time to understand that.

 This is pathetic. This man is almost 40 and creating fake gay dating profiles on me for his own entertainment. He needs to seriously seek professional help and leave me alone.  It seems this man can't stop scamming people or being shady. He was recently banned from fashion resale website Grailed for taking money for an item and not delivering it and ceasing communications afterwards.

I guess some people never learn from their wrongdoings only to commit them again.

 Even though Thomas Madel has been completely banned from Twitter...that didn't stop me from finding this account a couple of days ago in which he took my photo to use as a header photo. There has been an uptick in "digital blackface" lately and this racist white male (not a man...cause every male is not a man) took my image to pretend like he was black and a trump supporter as if it was hilarious.

 In the weeks following the fatal attack on the Capitol building on January 6th, 2021, Twitter has been on a banning spree purging its site of far right accounts associated with white nationalism, anti-semetism, qanon, and domestic terrorist/extremist groups such as the Proud Boys. As well, the Proud Boys have been labeled a domestic terrorist group in Canada and in America by the Department of Homeland Security.

After the seditious riot led to the deaths of 5 people, the motives and intents of the Proud Boys are no longer debatable. I did my part and reported his account to Twitter Safety and Twitter Staff and told them that Madel was dangerous and should be removed from the platform immediately.

This guy texted me messages on my phone saying "the alt right is watching" thinking that was gonna have me shook. Lol. How do I know it's him? He created this new account shoryly after I talked about dealing with a weird stalker on my new Twitter account (ready to promote a new album) and then followed me on Twitter thinking his account wouldn't be so obvious. I saw the new follower alert on my phone, checked the account out for all of 5 seconds before immediately blocking it while getting a breakfast sandwhich at Smash Burger. Lol. Thomas is just a racist coward who couldn't even look a Black Man in fhe eyes and raise his voice without stuttering or his voice cracking that suddenly becomes He Man behind the safety of a keyboard. And he's been exposed here for the whole world to see. This guy never used to be so...pitiful. But racism is pitiful and there's nothing more pitiful than being a racist (except being a rapist or murderer)...let alone a Trump supporter.

At this point I am beyond tired of this whole back and forth exchange (mostly initiated by Madel himself...not me). I want this guy to seriously leave me and my family alone and seek professional help. What did we dpo to deserve this?

Thomas' only defense in this situation is to falsely claim that I am suffering from "bipolar schizophrenia" (I have never been diagnosed with either bipolar disorder or schizophrenia by any doctor or healthcare professional) and that I have "mental handicaps" to refute and discredit the validity of my claims against Thomas.

He also falsely claims that everything that I've typed here is the result of being untreated for mental illness and a manic episode. Which is beyond laughable.

Thomas sent me all those racist tweets under those racist twitter accounts for over two and a half years. I took screenshots of those twitter accounts and those hateful tweets he made against me. So if this is true...why did these accounts exist? Why do I have screenshots? I could easily type the URL of those twitter accounts (which Thomas deleted the moment I listed them all in this ripoffreport page...he didn't delete his Instagram accounts linked here) into the wayback machine of archive.org and take screenshots of those. Thomas has not refuted the authenticity of those screenshots cause he knows he was behind them and only deleted them when I linked them here.

He's also continuing to run the lie that there are no records of any of these events anywhere online. Even though the reddit page that someone made against him to report his scamming on grailed is still online and the negative complaints made about him are still on his grailed comment page. Typing in any of thomas' previous twitter handles into the search bar of twitter reveals his past interactions with posters on that site. Because of Thomas' terrorizing and harassment of me and my family we have had to contact the authorities numerous times. He refuses to leave us alone, continues his racist harassment, and then has the audacity to attempt to file a lawsuit against me even though he has been the antagonist in this situation for over two and a half years and he will not stop.

Thomas also changed his number the moment it was placed here on this ripoffreport, the screenshots of the text conversations I had with him are indeed real and they were from his former NYC number. He is indeed the person behind those racist texts and twitter accounts. He cannot dispute this cause it was real and it was only when he got caught and put on blst here that he deleted as much as possible to claim there are no records of these events of exhanges. I have more screenshots I can post that I made sure to keep to prove my side of the story that Thomas is a racist troll and white supremacist who gets off on harassing black people on social media.

Thomas was a former friend and collaborator...we did music gigs together and were roomates once upon a time while I was living in NYC trying to get ahead in the entertainment industry. After Thomas' domestic dispute with his ex girlfriend he became extremely unhinged. I was making moves on Twitter and gaining a lot of followers. This made Thomas extremely jealous because he wanted to make music as well and be famous but just didn't have the drive, determination, or desire to put hard work towards that specific goal. He made numerous twitter accounts to just talk negatively about me and spew racism at me because I am a Black Nigerian and West Indian man and a first generation American. Thomas became an ardent Trump supporter as an emblem of his resentment towards black people. I wasn't the only black person he harassed on Twitter. He also harassed random women and men on twitter too, from fashion bloggers to musical artists.

Thomas became so unhinged that he started to believe his own lies, that somehow he was a victim and he was not responsible or accountable for his extreme racist words and actions to others online. He's attempting to sell this pitiful idea that I am "mentally handicapped" and somehow my words bear no truth of his unethical and misguided actions. He refuses to apologize. Cause he is a racist and views black people as beneath him and not worthy of respect or understanding...hence his framing of me as a mentally handicapped and incompetent black man...a projection of his white supremacy, and southern born and bred racism. He sees no problem with his harassing behavior even though I have told him MULTIPLE times to leave me alone. I just want this nightmare to end. What 36 year old man soon to be 37 acts like this?

Slander is spoken...libel is written. 2. How can anybody sue for either when they are the source of the damaging words and written speech? He's also continuing this lie that I have a "mental handicap"...I graduated from Uni with a 3.9GPA, Thomas is a high school dropout. Ofcourse as time goes on...the racist good ole boy who views black men as inferior is revealing themselves.

Scammer alert on Grailed: thmsmadel   DISCUSSION

I posted a couple days ago that I was pretty sure that I got scammed on Grailed, and now I pretty much have full blown proof that I did.

On Monday morning, I purchased a box logo crewneck from the given user on Grailed for $285, and considering he had 5/5 feedback on 6 sales in the last few months, I figured that this would be a safe deal. Now I know how stupid I was for being so naive.

After purchasing, he told me the item would be shipped in 2-3 days, to which I said okay. Felt good, until I saw a few hours later he posted another listing for a different box logo crewneck. I tracked the images he had used down to another already existing eBay listing.

I contacted him about this, and said his friend had listed it on his account. To verify that, I went to the seller on eBay whose photos thmsmadel had used, and asked if he knew him. Nope. After confronting Madel with this, he ceased all communication with me and has not said a word to me since Monday night. Pretty suspicious behavior if you ask me.

Anyways, last night I get an email from PayPal giving me tracking info from Madel, which makes me think that I overreacted. However, the tracking number doesn't show up at all in my MyUSPS account even though it's been scanned and accepted according to online tracking. I take the number to the post office to get more detailed info on it (destination address, etc.) and the man working tells me that there was no address entered by Madel when printing out the label/tracking #, only a city and zip code (which conveniently enough, is all that normal USPS tracking gives you as far as delivery info). Furthermore, the info on the tracking # said that the package Madel sent was 2 oz. and in a flat rate padded envelope.

As someone who's sold probably somewhere around 50 items by now and done all business through USPS, I'm sure I know a flat rate envelope would not fit a crewneck of this size, and that even if it did, it would weigh a hell of a lot more than 2 oz. After sending him a final confrontational message on Grailed, in which I said I would report him to mods and PayPal if he didn't explain himself, I got this bullsh*t email from a separate account he made:

first of all, you've already gotten me banned from grailed and /supremeclothing, which i'm all like whatever about. you've been threatening me non-stop, which i'm sure you wouldn't do in person. if you had any sense, you would contact your bank and tell them about this and they should offer protection and refund you the money but i'm sure as it's your mom's bank account it's not so easy.. f*ck out of here though.

your a toy. just contact your bank and easy as that. i mean i guess when it's your weekly allowance that your mom and dad gave you, i'm sure that means something special to you. f*ck out of here though. don't reply, i only set this up to contact you, ain't nothing further need to be discussed. contact your bank, tell them you never received the item which is still in transit (i mean how heavy you think a sweater is? 10 oz?) and they will refund your mom or dad or whoever and you can go get some stridex pads or whatever. easy as that.

Funny part is, I'm a college student that uses only his own money on clothes. At no point did he explain his suspicious behavior.

I filed a dispute on PayPal, and escalated that to a claim instantly. I gave them all the info I just posted here and expect to get my money back when the dust settles.

Before Thomas Madel assumed the role of almost 100 alt accounts between Twitter and IG all for the sole purpose of driving me off both platforms, he was freaking people out on Twitter under his old account http://twitter.com/thmsmadel now deleted.

Thomas Madel also attempted to extort me for $3000 in a series of failed attempts. Here are screenshots taken from the Paypal app in which Thomas hurls a myriad of insults and disrespect towards me and fabricates many lies: some of them includind me being a drug addict, a homosexual, having to sell my car to pay off drug dealers, fabricating a court summons and telling my family, and making an attempt to visit me while I was still living in NYC as an attempt to collect his debt through violent means.

Here is a list of all of the accounts (that I could locate, he has more) that Thomas Madel used to send numerous racially inflammatory and charged comments and harassment for over two years on Twitter and Instagram. Many of these accounts are still active, although Thomas Madel has been known to tweet and delete at a moment's notice. Almost all of these accout have less than 10-15 followers. Most have 0.

Edit: After listing all of these it's clear that Thomas Madel is severely mentally ill and in need of treatment immediately. Looking through all these social media accounts is like watching somebody slowly descend into the mouth of madness gradually but surely. Many of these accounts are also related to Donald Trump and alt-right/white supremacists like Richard Spencer. As well, note the number of accounts that have to do with Asian fetishes.

Thomas Madel was a white man that loved hip-hop and black culture who gradually revealed himself to be a white supremacist despite the fact he had supported Barack Obama in the past. Although Madel claims he isn't a racist, these tweets and accounts are the products of a racist (never mind the fact he called me a n****r several times in text exchanges.)
