TicketsCenter.com Tickets-Center.com I purchased tickets to a Denver Nuggets NBA game, received an email confirming my purchase and then another email informing me I would receive another email later with delivery of the tickets, which I never received.  A total ripoff.

This site is a total scam. Purchased tickets for an NBA game, 3 months in advance, and never recieved the tickets.  They sent an email on the day of purchase saying:

Elizabeth, your order is confirmed!

This email is not your ticket. The seller has indicated that these tickets will be available by:

2/27/2024.

Your tickets are mobile entry tickets. Present them on your phone once you’re at the venue. When the seller transfers the tickets to your email, you’ll get the following updates:

  • An email letting you know a transfer has been made. Follow the instructions to accept your tickets. You might need to create an account with the email address used to place your order:

    elizabeth.stovall.attorney@gmail.com

Depending on the event, you may also have to download an app.

  • An email notifying you that the seller initiated the transfer. Once you create an account and accept the transfer, make sure you’re able to view your mobile tickets.

    * For some venues, you may receive your tickets via a text message. Please follow those instructions when you receive the text.

Reach out with any questions. Enjoy your event!

But I never recieved the email letting me know a transfer had been made. And when I contacted TicketCenter, now 2 days before the event, they sent me an email with a link that took me to tickets that had no barcodes only the message that the tickets had already been accepted by my email address.

When I gave up on the live online chat assistant, who ultimately told me to find a family member or someone else to help me with my technical issues, I called the 800 number. The first agent eventually disconnected the call, and the second just insisted that I had recieved the tickets via email (after I searched every keyword in ALL my mailboxes and found nothing except the original confirmation of order emails and then the ones from that day with the tickets that had no barcode). When I kept insisting that I HAD NOT recieved any emailed tickets, the agent basically told me I was wrong, and then that there was nothing they could do about it. So I cannot get my money back and I never got the tickets.

This site is a total ripoff and scam.
