I was contacted by Tiffany Saiia of Notary Cloud aka Village Capital to execute a signing on 5/6/2019. I received a confirmation of my fee, the cotact info of the customer and the loan documents of the customer as well. The loan didn't close because the customer felt lied to but I was still owed my fee for time time, travel, paper & toner expense incurred.
When I called them, they said I was be compensated my full fee. 5 months went by. NO PAYMENT. I finally, after several attempts, get in touch with Tiffany again.. She utterly and completely denied that I ever had contact with the company or customer eventhough I retained all of info she had sent to me. They quit responding to my attempts for payment on my services.
Upon futher review, they appear to be scamming notaries on a nationwide level by defrauding them. If you simply google Notary Cloud, experience after experience is detailed of notaries being scammed by this company. My hope is that the proper authories are made aware of their operation and they shut their playhouse down.

After 6 months I was finally paid. I was also able to speak with Alex Ivory. I confidently feel he was unaware of my attempts to reach out over the 6 months of trying to collect payment.
I also spoke to someone @ VC who said there’s no affiliation with Notary Cloud eventho I have an email stating otherwise and you email VC to inquire about payment.
There are currently other notaries sharing similar experiences with this company on various forums Hopefully, the right people look into it.
