Timber Top, Inc. Timber Top Apartments and Condominiums Outrageous Application Fees With Lack Of Services Unwarranted Reasons For Not providing Proper/Full Services Akorn Ohio

Like a "Dummy", believing that this apartment complexes are under new ownership; we applied and paid the application fee; 1/2 of what we paid the last time.  We were approved to move in and they claimed they were full and hand any units available.  We were desperate and I personally wanted to live there because it is a beautiful place.  

Some months past and we inquired about in availabilty and we went to an appoointment and was shown some apartments, we were asked to pay another application fee; but I told them nothing has change, same job, same current address, and same phone number.  They again said they had no available apartments after I told them that we were approved before, why pay more money.

They maybe under new owners, but they still have the same A******s working there. Taking people's money; they had no reason anytime to not rent to us; they know that I am the type who will take up for myself if someone I do business with, crosses the line or treat us unprofessionally.
