Time Share Exit Team Reed Hein & Associates Hired a Timeshare Release Nov 15, 2017 at huge cost and it is April 6, 2019 and they have not completed it with no answers Edmonton Edmonton

I hired Time Share Exit Team on November 2017.  They promised a prompt exit. We did every request. Including getting a Notary Public from both Canada and US at our cost. Time and time again they told us do not worry we are handling it from there office in BC. Only to find out they had closed that office In January 2019.

Without notice to ue. Then when I contacted the US office I was told as of February 6, 2019 that the US office was now handling this. It is Now April 7 2019 and nothing. We paid over 4,000 and to date nothing. We are being threatened by the condo for payment, which I told them about and still no positive repsponse from Mitchell Reid Sussman and Associates. What are we do to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
