Timeshare Resale Market Sell My Timeshare Now Charged $7199 upfront to sell 2 timeshares, one that has a loan. Orlando Florida

While in Cabo San Lucas, we went to a presentation for Vida Vacations (Vida).  Vida said if we gave our two timeshare deeds to Timeshare Resale Market, their 3rd party partner, they could sell them and then we'd have just one timeshare with Vida, with no HOA fee. We told Vida there is a loan on one of the timeshares and they said no probleam.  (yes, filing another report on Vida).  Vida said they would use the timeshares as a tax write-off. 

We were surprised when TRM indicated the loan was still there!  TRM said we could pay a higher fee than Vida Vacations had offered, and then we'd be able to keep the "equity" in our timeshares, which was not being offered by Vida Vacations. She explained the equity was valued at $6 a point and said we could use the sales to help pay the loan which we had formally thought was going to be a tax write-off with Vida.

After learning through FaceBook and eBay that timeshares REALLY don't have any equity, we asked for a full refund. Timeshare Resale Market won't refund unless Vida Vacations cancels the agreement.  Since it was after the 5 day return policy, Vida Vacations won't cancel.  Timeshare Resale Markeat lied to us about the sellability and value of our timeshares.  They lead us to believe they would sell at $6 a point.  They worked with Sell My Timeshare Now to post our ad and inflated the value of the timeshares to trick us into spending more money.
