We took a 2007 Chevrolet ,Grey Trailblazer to the The Tire Shop on 4/24/2019 at 14358 Pioneer Blvd, Norwalk, Ca. They performed an alignment on the vehicle. It then pulled violently to the left and right after the service.
We brought said vehicle to The same Tire shop again to recheck it. They said they did. It continued to jerk to the left and right. We went back a 3rd time to the Tire Shop.
They said there was nothing they could do. I asked the mechanic if he test drove it.
He said No. I went a forth time and spoke with the Manager Max today 5/1/19, who was not there the previous 3 times. I told him we took vehicle elsewhere. he said to bring it back to have him look at it. It's too late. We just want a refund.
