I purchased a set of hand grips and foot pegs for my Motorcycle cost me $254.11, I was told that they are on backorder this was 3 weeks ago, when I called customer service I spoke with Elaine she said that they have the product but they are having shipping issues, she told me she would send me the UPS Tracking# on Thursday 10.29.22 still no tracking call her back and was hung up on, called @ (281) 895-8760 again on Monday 10.31.22 and was told that they were being delivered to expect a tracking # still no tracking #, I called my bank this morning about disputing the charge as a fraud ripping off the consumer, I got an email back from the Owner Chris Dading stating that I would need to get my money refunded back from the credit card company that they are not refunding back my money that they already received for the product. I was given the runaround from the customer service person and the owner. This company is frauding the consumer, I filed a complaint with Harris County DA office to investigate them for the fraudulent activity they are up to.
