These losers assigned one of the worst carriers in the industry to move my teenage daughters car.

1) forced picked up at 11:30pm

2) made my daughter meet them 15 miles from the designated pickup location at a truck stop.  I guess they don't have kids and they hate women.

3) Damaged my daughters car during shipping.

4) Tried to hide the damage by delivering the car after midnight on a dark street. 

5) Argued at the time of delivery to the point the police were called.   The police said it was a civil matter.   This broker then failed to provide any information about the carrier so we could start the legal proceedings.   They went so far as to block our phone numbers every time we called to get these details.

7) Spanish foreigner truck driver who barely spoke English (or faked it)
