In 2015, Todd Knapp Inc was hired by Green Group Development to do an extension to a home located at Hollywood, FL. He never completed the job, received monies for work never completed, and the work he did do needed to be replaced as it would not pass inspection. Mr. Knapp hired day laborers to do the inferior work. Ultimately, this project was delayed many months, causing thousands in lost rental income and paying other contractors to repair his mistakes and complete the job he was contracted to do.
Mr. Knapp refused to follow through and make good on his contractual agreement. He is a very dishonest individual who took money for work he never did and the little he did do was not passable by City of Hollywood. A lawsuit is being filed against him as many attempts to right his wrongs have failed.
