I had a really frustrating experience with Tom Dutton, a lawyer from Alabama who just didn't seem to take me or my case seriously. It was like he had this bias against me, which made things even worse. When I tried to discuss the fact that I missed the deadline due to the statute of limitations, of my sons case he turned it around and placed the blame on me.
Then these Alabama judges. Rule against the patient after they win a medical malpractice case. Because these doctors and their lawyers bribe judges to screw over the patient.
To top it off, he pointed fingers at me for not addressing the issue with my pupil after cataract surgery, but I felt like I was unfairly singled out in the whole situation. It left me feeling unheard and really upset with how I was treated.
