Tom Zickell Is A Scam Artist.. He Ripped Me Off For Nearly $1,000 To "Oversee" The Development Of My Website. He Did Absolutely No Work And Then Stated That He Could Not Work With My Developer For Unknown Reasons. He Then Stated That "He Knew Someone" Who Could Build A Website For $3,000.

Tom Zickell And His Company Blueprint Marketing Did Not Refund Me My $ And Had Me Pay Through Google Pay So That Way It Would Be Harder For Me To Get The $ Back. I Cannot Prove This, But I Also Suspect That He Created A Website That Highlights Negative Content About Me To Hurt My Reputation.

He Has Long, Drawn Out And Boring Conversations With Prospective Clients To Try And Confuse People About SEO I Would Not Trust Or Do Business With This Guy.

Why do you think we are trying to hurt you?

AUTHOR: Tom - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 27, 2021

You said you "I Cannot Prove This, But I Also Suspect That He Created A Website That Highlights Negative Content About Me To Hurt My Reputation.” I hope you understand that we will never do anything to harm your reputation. I would never do that and do not know why you think we would. I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with that.

I honestly have not thought of you since June 2019. Is that why you said this? We would never do that & we do not have time to do that stuff. I do not dislike you & I hope you find whoever is doing that. I understand how it feels to have someone try and hurt your work after this.

I hope you will reach out if you feel that way because this is hurting people who are not doing anything to hurt you. I would be happy to tell you how to find the owner of a website. I wish you the best.

This person is Sal was never a client

AUTHOR: Tom - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 27, 2021

I was contacted by Sal, the real name of the person who is saying this. We have your email looking at documents and know that this is you, Sal. In January of 2019. He wanted to hire us. I helped him for over 45 tracked hours from February until June of 2019. I do not know why we are doing this now? Why didn't you speak to us about any of this at all? (we can see a lot of info, so when we were sent a link just after you made this today)

1) He only paid $750 that was on Mar 2ed, 2019, of $2000 owed. He never asked for a refund. We found out because of a chargeback did in June. At the time, we would have been more than happy to refund you.

2) I didn’t decline to work with his developer; I did explain that he said he was unable to perform some tasks like making a child theme. We gave the developer over 20 things to do a child theme was one.

3) It is true I did offer a developer that I know was much more experienced, and I agree to the best of my knowledge they said it would cost around $3000 (this is not much for a developer to make a complete website)

4) I only found out he wanted a refund when he chargeback in June 2019. He never asked for his money back. I never got a call or email about this. I reached out to him, asking him why he had done a chargeback he never replied. He had changed his phone more than once & I thought it was strange not to hear anything him wanting a refund.

5) He never paid anything via GooglePay I am happy to show proof of all of this. Two weeks before he made the only payment for $750, I said I wished him the best but did not want to move forward.

He threatened to leave a "bad review.” I talked with you about this because you were talking about a review for something that was never paid for at the time. Of the hours tracked, we put in 17 tracked hours from March until June. It bothers me that you didn't sign the proposal/contract. That had been agreed to This was less than what was agreed to for the first month & far less than in the proposal/contract. He paid via card and tried to do a change back on June 14th, 2019 I went out of my way to help you.

You asked me for help at least twice a week from January until June. I am asking you to please get in touch with us if you are unhappy. I wish you the best and hope you will not reach out before doing things to hurt our company We take this type of thing very seriously, and when you fight against defamation in court. We don't want to leave anyone unhappy, but we have already had proved this to the card company & defamation is not okay.
