This report is inaccurate and defamatory. Automation Empire's "dropshipping" model is not "against Amazon's terms of service" as stated clearly in Amazon's own Seller Rules (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201808410). 

Seller account suspensions are, unfortunately, an inescapable part of doing business on Amazon.com. At present, there are no fewer than seventeen (17) different types/categories of suspensions, with at least six (6) different levels of difficulty/complexity in terms of getting the suspension lifted. The fact that a seller's store has been suspended does not imply -- much less, conclusively establish -- that Automation Empire's management of the store was somehow inconsistent with Amazon's Terms. Therefore, while it may "just be a matter of time" before a client's store is temporarily suspended by Amazon for one reason or another, this reality does not mean Automation Empire's business is a "scam" or "rip-off"; plus, suspensions are often lifted in a matter of days, sometimes with minimal effort on either the store owner's and/or Automation Empire's part. Our company utilizes suspension appeal specialists and dedicated underwriters to communicate with Amazon if & when our clients' stores are suspended for any reason(s). 

This report's allegation that Automation Empire "promises a 10% margin on sales" is completely false. Likewise, Automation Empire does not "promise" that any client will begin to realize profits within "12 to 15 months" (or any other specific timeframe). We make no promises or assurances about our clients' profit margins or expected return-on-investment, nor do we make any guarantees regarding the financial returns our clients may or may not experience.

The contract signed by every client explicitly states that the typical ramp-up period before most clients begin earning a profit is at least six (6) months, and further states -- IN ALL CAPS -- that there is no guarantee that our clients will make any money whatsoever using our service or selling products on Amazon. Further, all of our promotional material and advertisements contain express disclaimers stating that investment in our e-commerce service involves the risk of loss, and that other clients' results do not necessarily reflect what is typical or common. 

Any suggestion that Automation Empire's e-commerce store management services constitute "a scam" is unsubstantiated, defamatory, and legally actionable. Automation Empire has numerous 5-star customer ratings and maintains an A-rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our company works with certified public accountants and attorneys (both in-house and externally) to ensure that all of our services remain consistently compliant and accurately reported. The Facebook Group referenced in this report is a community forum with more than 1,100 members who are free to discuss their experiences -- both good and bad -- with our company. 

In sum, we vehemently deny and refute the contents of this report, and request that the report be removed from this site immediately in order to mitigate any further financial or reputational harm. Thank you.
