Dear TomoBoost,
This is my third attempt to resolve an issue regarding the $300 subscription I purchased. To date, I have not received access to the service, nor have I been provided with login credentials (username or password), despite multiple requests.
I am requesting a full refund of $300 immediately. If I do not receive confirmation of the refund by end of day today, July 2, 2025, I will initiate a dispute with my credit card provider on July 3, 2025.
Additionally, I have attempted to use your password reset link, but I received no follow-up or access. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I am requesting your immediate assistance. Please confirm my subscription status and provide clear instructions on how to access my account or reset my password.
If I do not receive a response today, I will be forced to dispute the charge and share my experience publicly on appropriate platforms.
I expect your prompt attention and a swift resolution to this matter.
