Tony Kerry is a con artist.

He approaches brands claiming to be a drtv direct response television scout and says your brand has potential and offers to be your agent,  promising to pitch your brand to many drtv companies and you will pay him $10,000 upon him obtaining a licensing deal.

Shortly thereafter he calls with great news. You can skip everything because he just got you've deal with yasir abdul and inventel!  Great news! He sends you to new jersey to meet yasir who claims to be a billionaire rockstar sales guy who's begin so many famous tv products and started as seen on tv. He says he will man your brand a household name and sell it.

tony tells you the contract is good and congratulations.

You pay tony and the nightmare begins.

Yasir abdul assumes operations of your brand. Next he places a huge PO your factory partner who you have also told he is a billionaire. Your excited factory partner gives him 90 day terms on a huge order. If he can't get it at first he will place  some small orders to gain trust.

He then asks do introduction to any marketing agency if youve been working with one. Same story. He begins working with them on credit and builds trust.

Next comes the rug pull!

He steals a huge order from your factory.

He runs up and huge bill at the ad agency..

And never pays anyone including you!

He then kicks you out of your website, social media and sells them stolen products until they run out.

Having taken your cashflow you're in a desperate position and want to sue only to find out there is a private arbitration clause in the contract tony kerry your "agent" told you to sign..
