My son is 12, in March 2020 we started a payment plan to have braces put on his teeth, the dentist used a retainer for the first 2 months then we moved to braces around May 2020. Its now November 2020, 6 months later and the braces have been a nightmare. The metal broke off and my son almost swallowed it, the wires kept braking and stabbing my sons mouth, hanging out of his mouth and kept braking.

We were in the dental office every other day. I was on a payment plan and the dentist decided to stop fixing the braces, took them off, fully charged my bank account without calling or authorizing which put my account in a bad position due to covid 19 and is now threatening me with an attorney because I left a negative review and told my friends/family about it.
