My 17 year old daughter and her friend booked a Limo for Prom from Toronto Airport Limo (torontoairportlimo.com). They were quoted $288 over the phone so they booked it, they quickly got their confirmation email which was for $512. Since they couldn't afford $512 they decided to cancel it. When they called they were told there would be a $150 cancellation fee, so they were being ripped off either way.
They didn't involve me until after they used the Limo because they didn't know what to do, they had to pay for nothing or pay it all. We since reached out to the company and was told management would review and they hung up on us. Needless to say they have made no effort to contact us.
The girls were as careful as they could be. What @limo2airport has done is completly unethical. I believe they had every right to cancel right away without penalty. Stay away from this company.
