On 9/27/2023, I contrated with David Gosselin to remove/fill in my pool.  There was a $1500 and then a $2500 deposit on a job of almost $10.000.   He basically removed the pool cover.....and left me in a dangerous and disasterous mess.   He bagan to drain the pool--it has since filled in with rain water....

I have repeatedly called and texted him.  I finally came to realization that he does not know how to do the pool job...so I told him he could work off the $4000 in landscaping on my property.  I thought I was being gracious and generous.   He has not been here one minute to even do that.   He obviusly has stolen my money and has no intention of doing any kind of work.   

He must be stopped--he can't keep doing this to other victims.  I am a recently retired pastor and a more recent widow....so I was vulnerable and trusting.   He will do the same thing to others if he is not stopped,
