Buyer beware i placed two negative reviews in an obscure place so not many people would see, and both were still tampered with anyway. Does this company pay to get negative reviews removed because they don’t want you knowing the dirt? Who knows for sure, but my exprience has been those with poor reputations pay for online reputation improvement companies.   Now I’m forced to use rip off report and yelp since these reviews never come down.

Here it is again:

This isn’t a motel anymore it’s an extended stay or lease that is very noisy being smack dab in between two highly trafficked downtown streets, the police with sirens typically in the middle of the night or very early pre dawn hours. Then I stopped back by to visit a buddy when noticing the migrant families were active holding what appeared to be an anchor baby and is actually something else to be concerned about (I would have moved out for sure if I knew that it’s turning into a dem woke apartment complex USA USA USA), and then the train that blows its horn through town all hours 24/7. I moved out shortly after Fogleman Property Management resigned because the “new and improved” management has a style not conducive to peaceful living.

Although it’s a hassle to move over narcissistic apartment management, I was forced to move because of being talked down to like I’m an idiot. No I’m not, and you will not last long either Nathan if you don’t keep your superior attitude in check. People live in apartments like these for various reasons, so be careful high and mighty property manager because fate may put nate too in a low life apartment one of these days too who knows!

Good luck if rudeness works for you because there is a new sheriff in town, and he addressed me as someone living in a cheap downtown roach motel instead of a valued resident paying over a thousand a month which is why I left. I’m posting anonymously for fear of retaliation as I may need a reference one day. Advice to new management: take your ego down just a few notches unless you don’t mind negative reviews. Even if you know how to pay to get negative reviews removed places like rip off won’t be intimidated by your kind.
