Towne & Country Management located at 711 Sycamore Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701 used a contractor that did not obtain a permit to fix a driveway which they were fined for. 

The current driveway poses a safety hazard as the incline will force us to exit slowly as to not damage our vehicles. Exiting in this manner on a relatively busy street poses a safety hazard as it’s not uncommon for vehicles to travel faster than the posted speed limit. It is inevitable that someone will rear end us which will result in serious injury or death.    The current blacktop on the driveway is in bad condition and extremely uneven. The nature of the blacktop poses a safety hazard where the likelihood of a trip and fall accident is essentially unavoidable.   

After reaching out to Towne & Country and voicing our concerns about the damage to our cars and safety hazards they do not seem inclined to redo the driveway which leaves us at risk of serious injury or death everytime we exit the driveway. The damage to two vehicles has already exceeded $2,000.00.    Calls, emails, and voicemails received over 24 hours ago have gone unanswered.
