TrackPhone / NET 10 Net 10 stole my money then lied and told my Credit card that they gave me phone service when they never did and they refuse to refund. Florida

Track phone / Net 10 shut off my phone with months pre pay left on it to upgrade their network. The old phone would call them but no one else no calling in or out. They stated buy a monthly plan to activate my new phone, They after hours on the old phone with them were unable to activate the new phone, new sim after sim and they never activated my new phone and refuse to refund. My phone was never activated i never was able to make 1 call or send 1 text.

Net 10 are thieves liars and crooks, i was with them for 15 years with my old phone and they do not care they rendered me no service nothing and refuse to refund my money and they did lie to the credit card co and reverse the dispute on my credit card lying saying they gave me service, they never activated my new phone, so they wasted my time and stole my money. We need a class action law suite for them shutting off pre paid phones and then scamming yet more money.
