tradear.com capitalia.vu I sent $500 dollars to open an account, they do not want to return the money Port Vila Rue Pasteur

On April 14, 2021 I sent them $500 dollars to open an account with them. After taking a look at their interface I did not find it very intuitive. I did open and close a position, for which according to them I think I made $116 dollars. Shortly thereafter, a day or two, I started trying to close the account because I did not understand it much. There response was that I had to verify who I was, and so I had to send them various images of id cards, and debit card use to open the account in order to get my money back, but they repeatedly said that the image that I sent them of my id card was not clear enough.

On October 28, 2021 they contacted me telling me that there was unusual activity on my account and that they would be blocking the account temporarily, this completely ignoring they fact that I been wanting to just get my money back. I went back to their site and was able to log in, and the balance displayed was about $423 dollars. Is there anything I can do about this? Thank you.
