In October 2022, I contracted with Tradebloc Inc. to help me exit two timeshare contracts. I paid $4950 upfront, based on their assurances that they would manage the entire process and protect my credit throughout.
Issues Encountered:

Lack of Progress: Despite numerous communications and compliance with all their requests for information, there has been no significant advancement in the timeshare exit process. The only action taken was an initial letter sent to the timeshare companies in November 2022.

Communication Issues: Tradebloc's communication has been poor, with responses being infrequent, delayed, and lacking necessary detail. Attempts to get updates on the progress have been met with vague replies and unfulfilled promises.

Misrepresentation of Services: The services promised during our initial consultation have not been delivered. Tradebloc claimed to provide comprehensive legal support and effective negotiations with the timeshare companies, none of which has been evident.

Refund Refusal: Despite their failure to provide the contracted services, Tradebloc has refused to issue a refund. Their recent communications have included a suspicious request for sensitive personal information, such as my social security card and driver's license, under the guise of processing the refund.
Tradebloc Inc. has not only failed to deliver on their promises but also refused to provide a refund for their lack of service. This experience has been highly frustrating and concerning, leading me to believe that their operations may be fraudulent.
I urge anyone considering Tradebloc's services to be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, their promises are misleading, and their business practices are questionable. If you have had similar experiences, please share them to help prevent others from falling victim to this apparent scam.
