Trails at Harris greystar.com Over charged me for the application fee and kept a holding deposit Phoenix Arizona

I applied for a rental consideration for apartment 2090 on 10/13. An application fee amount of $56.10 was to be charged to my card. Along with an amount of $100 holding deposit for a total of

$156.10. The actual amount of the application fee as stated on my US. Bank account charged was the amount of $60.05 dated 10/14. Also, it was explained to me by Jenna Mee a leasing agent at Trails at Harris in late September that the holding deposit for $100.00 was a deposit to hold the Apartment so that it would not be rented by another person. There was no mention of the holding deposit being kept by the assistant manager Adrianne Rios assistant Property Manager for any reason as Adrianne Rios stated in our telephone conversation today 10/17/22 nor was it at any time explained to me that greystar Greystar.com Real Estate and Property has this policy that appears in writing for potential renters to read about and understand upfront.

Please note paperwork received in my first visit to Harris trails apartments

in the month of September for a different apartment. Apartment number 2035 which I was to rent on November 22, 2022. I spoke with Genna Mee  in early October. 3 days after touring the apartment I was informed that the apartment had been rented out. 

After submitting several income statement details to trails at Harris apartments for apartment number 2090 on 10/14 I received the apartment leasing contract and reviewed the details on 10/15/22 and 10/16/22 In my review I did not come across written information that stated that I should be over charged for submitting an application and for losing the holding deposit due to Harris Trails Leasing agent Jenna Mee not answering my question about the details behind the temporary deposit of $400.00 that was being added to the amount of summary of charges as well as what the details are going to be made available to me in writing about how and when I should expect to receive my money back.
