> I paid TranslateSwift LLC a total of $154.44 USD for their advertised 24‑hour express translation service for a 2‑page document. After 4 days and multiple emails, I still received nothing.

They later claimed they requested more documents — but no such request was ever made to me. I requested a refund before any work had begun, yet they refused and kept the payment, claiming they had already started.

Because of their delay and refusal to refund, I had to hire and pay another local translator, which cost me an additional 200 AUD (≈134 USD).

In total, I’ve spent almost 288 USD for a simple 2‑page document due to their failure to deliver and refusal to refund.

To make things worse, they appear to operate under multiple business names, which makes it harder for customers to find honest reviews and hold them accountable.

In my experience, this company does not honor their advertised turnaround times and refuses refunds even when no service is delivered.

Be very cautious before paying them — this is not good business practice.
