Over a month ago I made an order for a set of ear buds with a coupon code I got elsewhere, made my purchase and waited for my item I bought. After after 3 weeks I wasn't getting any email updates to when I would be delivered and couldn't find any tracking Information for it. I emailed the tranya support and they said it would be shipped soon. Another 3 weeks went by without even finding my tracking for this item and their website says it's being delivered to USPS. USPS says they didn't get any information on this order, and now tranya won't even reply to my email. DO NOT BUY FROM TRANYA. And I will send this report to other people.
