Buyer BEWARE!!!

Everything in this auction is marked "not tested" They have taken back products in the past but this week they refused to refund an item for $65 because it was marked not tested. When I contacted them, they ignored me. I didn't get the information until I talked the the runner that took the return. I wanted the item back since I paid for it and he told me they probably threw it away. I'm left without the item and the money.

Sheila is the one who made the decision and ignored me and now Joey is ignoring me.

DO NOT DO BUSININESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Trash-ury

Update on my horrible experience with Treasury Auctions.
After placing the negative review and letting them know I had posted it, I got a response from Sheila.

Prior to the response, I sent a text message to Joey telling him how horribly I had been treated. Again he ignored me.

I sent an email to the support email (which is about as useless as the management team) subject, For Garrett. Garrett, as I understand is the top guy. The low level useless people may have intercepted it and he may not have seen the email I specifically addressed to him...OR he ignored me. Either way, that email was ignored.

I got a call from Sheila saying that she found the item I had returned and I could pick it up. I told her how angry I was that I got such horrible treatment.

She told me that if the listing says "Not tested", they will not do a return on them. I told her that everything has that tag. She disagreed saying that they do test some items but even then it is just to see if it turns on. She said that even if it is tested it may not work properly.

She went on to say that if it is listed as not tested you should bid accordingly because there will be no recourse. Yes, I will bid according,

I will never bid again...all my bids will be zero!!

My advice is save your monwey and aggrivation...run from this company, never bid!!

It seems to me that the majority of what they sell is trash.

My opinion is that they should change their name to Trash-ury.
