Technician (also owner) Marco Chinchilla checked the ice dispenser in our refrigerator. He explained that the auger motor needed to be replaced.
He requested to be paid half in advance for parts and labor. He was going to order the part and then come back to install it. He took our check, cashed it, and never came back to replace the part or finish the work.
We called several times and left messages to which this company never replied . Please be aware that this company was recommended by Frigidaire warranty service, but truly it’s a rip-off.
This company seems to be very small. The owner was the one answering the first phone call we placed and he also was the one that came to check the refrigerator.
