Brian Figueroa the "CEO" of Trinity Energy Group has been trying to raise funding to start numerous oil projects throughtout the U.S. and with their exclusive rights in Belize.  According to Brian they're days away from getting funding from a large investment bank to begin these projects and just need some extra cash flow to hold them over before they receive it.

Being friends and business partners with his dad I initally hesitated to sign up but since I trusted his father I decided to give Brian a shot.  He spoke to me on the phone and his brother provided every bit of evidence, charts, records you could imagine to show they're the real deal.  So stupidly I decided to invest, the kicker that whatever I put in I would get back once they got funded.

Well fast forward a few weeks and Brian wanted to meet up with me to let me know where we stood.  Again, they were close to getting funded and wanted me to know if I'd like to invest a bit more.  I was recluctant again but this time Brian offered a promissorry note promising to replay the loan after 60 days so I decided to give them additonal funding knowing this time it was a loan and not an investment.

Days turned into weeks then eventually months and I never received my money back.  I asked Brian what was taking so long and he said they could get funded any day now and to be patient.  Well after hearing "we're close" more times than I could stomach over the course of 6 months from the initial 60 days and I finally had to file suit in court to get my money back.  Our date is set for March 2016.  Bottom line these guys are slick talkers and have a very streamlined pitch with all the bells and whistles.  BEWARE and I strongly recommend staying away from this "opportunity".
