Sylvain Reyes dba Trinoc Investments is nothing but a hustler from Ecuador that sometimes comes to the United States to defraud real estate clients.     He is as dishonest as he is lazy and immature.    He has no education to speak of yet he claims to be an expert in real estate matters.    He should be in jail.     Don't pay him anything up front.   He can not be trusted.    At this time he is the subject of numerous civil and criminal investigations.   He is pretty much of a well dressed bum that gets by because he only deals with immigrants that don't speak English.    They don't know that he is dishonest to the core.
