Trips Israel LLC and the owner Eyal Evan is refusing to refund our group their money for a trip to Israel that never happened due to covid. He has not called our group in months for updates nor issued receipts to our paying people. He never returns calls or emails and is a serious procrastinator! He has no credibility whatsoever and my tour group and I have been on him constantly to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner! I have dealt with him for 15 years but this is the worst!
He now refuses to give a refund for the money that is not his and for a trip that never happened! We refuse to deal with his unprofessionalism and lack of credibility. He consistently lies in saying he called you back but your phone history shows that is not the case. I would not do business with this company located at 555 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach Florida, 33426.
