TruCheck Health Dr. Naz Haque Withheld final paycheck, denied payment for hours worked, locked me out of company accounts, and stopped communication. Orange California

I was hired as a Development & Marketing Associate by Dr. Naz Haque to support her businesses, TruCheck Health and Market Place Dentistry (NHaqued Corp). My position was hybrid, with a schedule arranged to allow me to pick up my kindergarten daughter. Dr. Haque later tried to force me into an in-office-only schedule, violating our agreement.

Throughout my employment, I experienced late payments, withheld hours, and manipulative behavior. My final paycheck has still not been paid, and I was completely locked out of the company's Google Workspace (TCH & MPD) without any explanation. She has not spoken to me since this lockout, effectively ghosting me while still owing me money.

Dr. Haque routinely berated me and claimed I wasn't doing my job, despite dozens of completed projects awaiting her review in Trello and Notion. She never offered positive feedback, only criticism, often delivered through yelling. Her communication was erratic, hostile, and unprofessional.

I was hired to lead digital strategy—including web development, SEO, UX, email marketing, and analytics—but she routinely rejected best practices, refused to review digital presentations, and micromanaged every task without understanding the fundamentals. She disregarded critical issues, including malpractice-level Google Reviews, and when I raised concerns, she retaliated.

Dr. Haque fosters an authoritarian, manipulative, and narcissistic environment. If you're considering working for her or seeking care at her clinics, I recommend doing serious due diligence first.
