Trusii, Wellness Program Service LLC Trusii promised if I got involved with there case study that I would get reimbursed for my time. Instead I have gotten stuck with a $9970. loan. Davie Florida

I was excepted into a case study that Trusii was offering. I was told I would be purchasing a Hydron Water Machine that cost $9970.00. The case study would be reimbursing me for my time to post my opinion on social media. I only got involved because I have 2 daughters that were doing the case study, 1 daughter had been involved for 1 year before I started, the other daughter had been involved for about 6 months.

They both were posting on social media and were getting their reimburst money ever month. I thought this was a legitimate company and so I got involved. I was told I was excepted into the study in December 2018. But it took over 6 months for them to get me the Hydron Water machine. I recieved my machine May 30th 2019.

I unboxed my unit and started to use. About 10-15 days went by and started talking about my machine with family members when I was told by my oldest daught that she did not get paid in the month of May "I said what are you kidding me." So I talked to the other daught and found out she also was not paid. So I then tried to get ahold of Trusii, no one answered the phone.

keep trying to call and leave messages. When someone did answer after about 5-7 phone calls, they said they could not help me, but they would have someone give me a call back. The first time anyone got ahold of me it was the 4th of July. I recieved a text message from Jeff Taraday. I called him back on July 6th, I wanted to send my machine back. And this is what I told the people that did answer the phone when I did call and this is what I was telling Jeff.

I told him that my daughters were not getting paid and I did not even want the machine if this is how they run their business. Jeff told me I was not able to return the machine because it was past the 30 day return policy. I told him I had been trying to call the company for over 2 weeks, and if they would have called me back in a timely matter it would have been within the 30 day time frame.

Jeff said well that is not going to happen. I could not get out of the loan and I needed to just go and do all the social media and I would get a check. So another 2 weeks went by and I have my first payment due, I did not recieve a check, and neither did my daughters. I called Jeff again, he told me to send him a photo of my loan payment, so I did and I have that message and many more messages that were exchanged.

He said "We always make sure our clients get the 1st payment" That was a lie, I continued to call to try and get a payment. But I have never gotten money for doing the case study. I now belong to a group the is trying to help us spread the news that Trusii is not doing what they say they are goint to do.

I just made my 5th payment of $278.00. I have a credit score of 800 and I can't afford to ruin my credit. The Hydron water machine claims that it produces a percentage of hydrogen and it doesn't. They just have so many lies. Please help.
