Trusii Jeff Taraday Wellness program services llc d/b/a trusii Sold us a machine that no longer works and is still covered under warranty Davie Florida

My brother and I used some of our inheritance money to purchase a machine from Trusii outright without financing and we were part of the case study. We did receive some checks but not always. I was constantly chasing Trusii for months of checks they owed me but never paid. I always completed my surveys except for when our machine was broken and I was unable to drink the water. Eventually, after not getting paid for over 3 months straight I withdrew from the case study.

I have tried to resolve the issue with Trusii in regards to our machine leaking, which is so bad that we can’t use our machine anymore so it’s just sitting here collecting dust. We have a warranty with Trusii but they wanted somewhere around $350, (which included boxing packaging material for shipping the machine), to have our machine basically overhauled and repaired, which we thought was a sales scheme or scam and just not right considering after how much we originally paid. Trusii kept sending me these sales promotions to have our machine fixed. At one point they offered to fix it for $100 which we prob would have done at the time if we had it. I have filed a case with the state’s attorney general and the BBB which was eventually closed with no resolution.

I even tried taking Jeff Taraday’s original offer of $100 and he said, "well you should have taken the original offer of $100", and that he would get back to me on, but I have yet to hear from him. I told him that we have the original packaging to send our machine back to have repaired. This whole journey with Trusii has truly been a nightmare. We should have put our money towards a different product and company. Anyone out there even considering investing in one of Trusii’s machines might want to look at the competition or other companies. That’s a lot of money to spend on a product whose company has no clue what true customer service means.

At this point, we don’t know what to do. We have a useless machine which I’m not sure is worth giving Trusii the money to fix it. Is it going to start leaking again after using it for a while? I'd rather try and find a 3rd party to repair it then give Trusii another dime! What a shame though? Trusii acts like they really care about your health. I have pictures of water that I have poured from our machine that looked so disgusting and bad. It literally looked like one of those glass Xmas snowing scene paperweights that you flip upside down.
