TT Therapeutics, LLC TimTam Recovery Device ordered Dec 2, 2020 and assured delivery December 24th - not delivered as of yet Missouri City Texas

I ordered a TimTam pro massage gun from this company also known as TimTam Recovery. I was assured that I would receive this item by Christmas eve. After, many emails (at least bi-monthly) with a couple of associates, I heard excuses range from production challenges, to Chinese holiday, to the virus causing shipment delays. On June 7th, I received a reply that a shipment was enroute - no further details.

I researched TimTam on YouTube and discovered several other buyers experiencing similar long delays with no delivery. Some even theorized this was a scam to get past the 180 day period to contest payment/refund through PayPal. Some indicated they requested a refund from TimTm and have not received it yet. A review of the Facebook page also shows some frustration with over promised, underperforming shipping/customer service.

After my call to PayPal - which was useless - I called my bank to start the dispute process. I have zero faith in this company which had great reviews on YouTube initially but now has a tarnished image. I think sometimes the reviewers receive promo freebees to give a glowing YT reviews, but when the rubber hits the road, disappointment is realized. 

Caveat emptor - never do business with a company that does not have a customer service phone number and only email!
