Their website advertises tumblers with crystal clear images on them. The tumbler I received was not the same cup and the image was so blurry, you can't even read the writing and the pictures were so blurry you couldnt tell what they are. It is SO bad, I thought it had to be a mistake. I emailed customer support and attached photos.
They told me thats what it looks like, that there is nothing wrong with it. No refund. I replied back that its not acceptable and they offered me 15% off. After some back and forth I stopped getting replies for a week. I replied again that I want information on how to return the tumbler.
I finally got a reply that I could ship it back to Hong Kong AT MY EXPENSE and get a refund. The price to ship it back was the same price as the cup. This website is a scam and they have a fake address listed on their website. I can't file a BBB complaint because the address is fake.
