In 2017 found this man Sam Zanto AKA Salim Zantout, Sammy, etc.. He was going to build 2 town homes for me. The story is too long. The guy advertises on CL and looks too convincing. He took me to a few different jobsites and, showed me his "structural engineer license", introduced me to a few of his clients (who were scammed as well) etc.. I gave him more than $100,000 and he just kept that money period! All his bussiness addresses are fake. He is of course not BBB acredited, will show you fake insurances, tell you that he is gives him "and offers Warranty that he will never honor. All bank acounts are on the wife's name who also offers him "positive reviews" as much as his friends and family. All can be proven.
