Twenty 4 Company @twenty4co This their instagram account Never Send Out Packages

This company has many fraudulent behaviors towards its return policies when it comes to shipping out packages to consumers. Their allegations of selling stolen designs claiming it's theirs on their Instagram account @twenty4co. When teaching put to them through email, they changed their email address when asking for questions and concerns regarding packages they can easily be reached on Instagram.

They have automated responses regarding packages on the site where it will only say the box is processed but never gets updated towards delivery. I have reached out to other costumers and supporters of their page, asking their experiences and have obtained proof of scams and emails. They will not respond to emails without referring back to the site.

The designer finally contacted me told my wait would be almost ten weeks affiliated with the site. I have screenshots from other people telling me of their scam never allowing returns since the packages do not arrive on time, and there is only store credit available case by case. I have disputed my charges with PayPal and QuadPay and my bank.

They need to be stopped I have evidence of how they will block me on Instagram if I speak out but I'm always getting replies concerning that I have bought from fraudulent boutique from other Instagram users.
