on March 3rd I purchased furniture covers from amazon and I believe it was Nov 17th I was taking off the covers and my cushions were full of mold and the covers inside were also full of mold I cleaned them with spray in wash stane remover but it stained them I just cried. this set was never sat in. the same day I called amazon it seemed like I just got a big run around they did refund me the money for the covers.  but my cushions were damaged. I don't have the receipt. I know I paid about $ 1068 for the set the cushions were made for this set. so I contacted amazon and twin star home twin star told me to send pictures of the damage, so I did today 12/19/22 Brittany Jackson called me and told me they would not pay for the damage because I was told that the cushions were not to be stored outside and the covers were only for the frames. when I purchased the covers I read the whole thing from top to bottom on amazon but before I said anything I wanted to look and read it again there was nowhere to be found there was not one thing on amazon that you could not store your cushions with the frames I called amazon and told them what was going on and the lady I talked to said the same thing there is nothing about storing your cushions with the frames she did say this also in an email that she sent to me. so I called and left a message for Brittany Jackson it says nothing on amazon where you purchase the furniture covers it does not say anything about how you should store your cushions and there was nothing in the packaging about how to store your cushions. Brittany Jackson called me back about 3 hours later saying do you have the receipt I told her I don't have then she said then we can only give you $300 or $400 at the most because we don't know how much you paid for the set I told her I have pictures of the set she said I don't care. the set was never used.  if this would have been on the website where you purchased it saying don't store your cushions with the frames I would never have purchased them THEY TOTALLY MISLED they said they would make changes to the website until this day NO CHANGES WERE MADE IT'S BEEN ABOUT TO WEEKS NO CHANGES. THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD AT HOME DEPOT - WAYFARE - TARGET - AMAZON-  OVERSTOCK -WALMART -EBAY -BASS PRO SHOP- NORTHER TOOL -ZORO - ASLEY-  THIS IS JUST SOME OF THE STORES THIS CRAP IS SOLD  Classic Accessories Ravenna Water-Resistant 76 Inch Deep Seated Patio Loveseat   I WILL KEEP MAKING MY VOICE HEARD IF THEY TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS PRODUCT THEY WILL LOSE MOST OF THERE SELLS THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING  

  I HAVE SENT HER A COPY OF THE RECEIPT BUT SHE IS STILL GIVING ME $300 I AM TAKING A BIG LOSS IF IT WAS FOR MY HUSBAND'S WORK SCHEDULE I WOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT
