u s department of education default resolution group t nelson business operations charging me for a loan i never signed for. greenville texas

supossally this loan was sined in 1987 and went into defaut and  i became aware of the loan on 2-20 2019 when my wifes tax return was taken.

Well i contacted  fsa and explaned that i never singed for any loan and i requested an idenity thieft packet. A police report was requested in the packet.

I was unable to file a police report due to THE FACT that there nothing on my credit report about any student loan, the only thing on my report was child support, so i sent the id theft report back with copys of my ss card and my drivers licene but no police report.

At the time i requested the id theft packet fsa was suppose to send me the copies of the prommissory notes, i didnt receive the promissory notes with the id theft packet.

After i sent the packet a letter was sent to me stating that my signature matched the signiture on the promissory notes. I again demanded copies of the promissory notes stating that by law im intitled to examin the signitures.

Well the notes i recived have been alterd with the intent to decive by deception they have clearly been traced over. I have requested new copys to be emailed to me in there original state. what i mean is do not photo copy them, just email them to me in ther original condition and i have not receivd anything.

I want to retain the services of a handwriting expert i feel that  nelson and his departments investigation forged these notes after they recived my id theft report with the copy of my drivers licence to stick me with this loan.

They examined my signature why havent they examined the promissory notes for discrepancies its clearly visible that the promissory notes have been alterd. THAT SIGNITURE IS NOT MINE  and a handwriting expert will tell the truth.

The refrences on the notes i dont no who they are and i never lived at the address on the notes .Any body with a magnifiy glass can clearly see that these promissory notes have been alterd. What i need help with is do i go to a handwriting expert with these aterd documents or ???

I dont have money to waste i want to do this one time only i dont want to waste my time any more. I tried to contact the collage that the loan or borrower went to and thres no collage at the address on the promissory note. What should i do go to a handwriting expert with thse forged notes or what.
