Ugrade Inc will lie to you and scam you Upgrade Inc. UPGRADE LOANS, Upgrade loan company, upgrade credit card consolidation They tele marketed me daily and gave false guarantees and coerced me daily to get my do file my taxes early in order to get a loan. Winter Haven FL

I was solicited by Upgrade Inc. to consolidate my credit cards and save over $1000 a month guaranteed. They pre approved me based on my credit and income. I am self employed and told them that from day 1 I also told them from day 1 I had not filed my taxes so if that needed to be done they were wasting their time. They told me no problem. They then sell me this dream of paying off all my credit cards and going to a zero balance and a monthly payment over $1000 less than what I was currently paying.

They would call me daily to hype me up about their plan but I told them I was not planning on filing my taxes til October they said no problem just fill out the applications out, put all my credit cards info and balances and they would get me approved. Alas, it was all lies. I did still need to file my taxes, and they insisted it was worth it because if I did it I would save over $1000 a month and my credit would spike by at least 50 points.

I didnt want to pay for my cpa to file at that time nor deal w the IRS and the fees I was about to get from them. They kept calling and calling and guaranteeing me that I was just a few days away from financial freedom. Finally I said ok lets do it, paid my cpa and had the taxes filed. During that time they cancelled the loan and told me to do it all over again, which took hours. We were off to a bad start, but its ok, I will have better credit, more avaialbe funds and a much smaller monthly bill as long as I made what I said I made, which I actually made more!

They also told me after I gave them proof of filing I would be funded in 2 to 3 days. We submitted proof and they said it woudl take 2-3 weeks.

Once again they lied! In the meantime, I am told as long as my income is what I say it is I'm good to go and it really should only take 1 week. In about 10 days they come back and tell me I'm denied, meanwhile I wasted 2 months of my time, hours dealing with them, paid my cpa months early and filed months earlier than I wanted to all because they kept calling me and Guaranteeing me that if I filed my life would get absorbantly better over night! They are liars and make false claims. I requested my recordings of my phone calls so I can show Consumer Fraud Protection and other agenices what they said and guaranteed me but they refused.

After filing a complaint they then turn around and Decreased my credit limit with them as well to show their spite for me turning them in and filing complaints. I hope the Attorney general and the ftc look into this companies malicious and false guarantees business pracitices. They are a complete scam and I will submitting this to several  more agencies as well. They think they can just lie, bait and give false hope and get aways with it, they are pure greedy and definetly run by evil thugs.
