Images on web site are not accurate - they are not of the item received.  Many images appear to be actual human babies, not dolls.  VERY poor quality item.

Company states the below on their web site - I contacted them as the product received was not acceptable. After much back and forth with them, I finally accepted a portion of the purchase price just to be done. I was not 100% satisfied at all, and lost money.

If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something from our website and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings, we'll make it right.
