Umair Ali ( Ali Us Tech ) THIEF Stole My Business Customer New Britain Connecticut

Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut, owner of computer company by the name of " Alius Tech " is an unapologetic THIEF. He is a lying THIEF. Do not trust him in your house or around your high valued computers , your website , or computer programs. But , ESPECIALLY do not trust him around your customers.

HE TOLD MY CUSTOMER TO RETRACT THE $549 PREPAYMENT MY CUSTOMER HAD ALREADY MADE TO ME , TELLING MY CUSTOMER THAT IT WAS SO HE COULD DO CONTINUED WORK FOR MY CUSTOMER AT A LOWER PRICE.

My customer was very unethical in going along with this , but even my customer , who I do not consider to be a bad man , later told me on a recorded call that he felt bullied by this Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut, when approached , and while telling my customer lies about my company , all so he could quickly and easily convince my customer to retract my payment , and pay Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut directly instead.

My customer , on a recorded call , told me that Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut later made him pay over $1000 dollars !!! With the promise that he would resolve any problems my customer had for the next year! My customer then added that he now can’t even get a hold of this THIEF , this imposter by the name of Umair Ali, computer repair technician from New Britain Connecticut.

Company name " Alius Tech” Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut , computer repair technician , signed up and was hired by my company to do work for my company. Techs who work for my company all have to sign an agreement ( electronic signature ) where they agree to , amongst other things , to not exchange personal contact information with my customers , and never ask my customers to pay them directly or tell my customers they can do future work for them outside of my company.

It costs me a lot of money to run my business , and obtain customers. I give techs free work and pay them for their work , so long as they follow very simple and understandable instructions , such as the ones I last mentioned. Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut Signed agreement with my company to NOT steal my customers , ask my customers for money , or give my customer his own personal contact information .

Please see attachments below where it shows Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut Registered and electronically signed and agreed to abide by my companies rules , and also see attachment where these very said rules are highlighted and even go as far as mentioning tech will have his pay withheld until this same signed agreement is completed by way of registration and completion of tech profile ( Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut signed the agreement , but later did not complete registration since he then had it in his mind to steal my business customer for himself ) Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut, owner of computer Repair company by the name of " Alius Tech” tried to lie to my customer , saying that the reason my customer had to now pay him directly and retract our pay was because we weren’t going to pay him.

When the truth of the matter is ,customer still had more work to be done , and we wanted to make sure this tech Umair Ali was not going to take our money and run like he later did to the customer. So we told Umair Ali that we would pay him the entire payment amount once he went back and completed the work that still needed to be finished.

This is when Umair Ali could no longer resist ,...he had already been trying to figure out how to steal our highly valued business customer for himself , and he now pounced at the opportunity to go to our customer and tell him a different version of the reason for withheld payment.

Mind you ,...all techs who sign up and register and sign our agreement as did this Umair Ali Of New Britain Connecticut, owner of computer company by the name of " Alius Tech ",...all techs KNOW when going on a job for us that we have the right that they have given us permission for to NOT pay out until customer has checked the work and they have completed their profile after registering.
