The company has a scenario where you can resell their services. On a phone call, they told us we had to collect $1000 from each client upfront, and that that $1000 would be retained by us. After paying what was referred to as a licensing fee in the amount of $495, we then got access to a explainer video which said we actually only retain $250 of the $1000 deposit, $750 up, which would be retained by them. On the phone call and in writing, there's a guarantee of a 30 day refund if you're not satisfied. We immediately refuted this charge with our credit card company, and then they followed us to avoid paying the refund. In the end we won, and they had to refund us the full amount. 

Keith Bartlett, who is the representative from Umbrella, had even gone as far as to tell us that they had already initiated the refund on their end, however, not knowing them I was not going to take a chance. But we found it very interesting, that if they were willing to initiate a refund on their end, it was very odd that they would fight back when we ordered the refund from our credit card company directly.
