UNITED AUTO HAUS INC MULLINS USED CARS INC Troy Mullins Sold me a used car that they don't have the title for Palatine Illinois

I purchased a used car from United Auto Haus in Palatine, IL in June of 2019. One year later I still have not gotten the title for this car. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was paid in full. This includes paying the fee for new plates and title transfer for this vehicle. I have called this dealer many times asking for an update. All they do is take down my information and say the owner, Troy Mullins, would be calling me back.

To this day, he has not returned any of my calls. I have also contacted our state’s DMV office. They have the application for the title transfer, but are waiting for the dealer to provide the original title and payment to complete the process. They have also reached out to the dealer and have not gotten any response from them. I am currently seeking legal counsel against this dealer.
