What did they do to me is On October 22, 2010.  Expertise Certified Nurse Assistant Employee Staff Worker, (ESW) number 98840.  I have visit Union Representation Ms Jacqueline Patricia Dickenson for the first time at her office at location address : 201-3A Altona & Welgunst Suite 101, ST Thomas VI 00802.  Union Representative Ms Dickenson was assigned over a case to defend the Employee Staff Worker as on my behalf as Contract Stated by all laws to be uphold and follow.  Notice : I became custody of a Notification of Personnel Action (NOPA).  Under a true and accurate Current starting work dated only given to me ESW to starts on February 25, 2009. 

The position was vacated with the Retirement of Ms Inna Warner.  I Patricia Farrell, Employee Staff Worker under true number which is 98840.  Who shall now receive 15 % Hazardious Duty Pay for the care of the Mentally ill Patients.  Notice : Health Care Replaced Position Recommended Approval by The Government of The Virgin Islands of The United States.  The work location place address is at Eldra Schulter Brandt Residence Facility Long Term Care Unit.  4185 Annas Retreat ST Thomas VI 00802.  Union Representative Ms Dickenson Failed and Refused and let Contract prolong as six months delayed later of Hired.  Employee Staff Worker # 98840 had to Suffer because of none union Representation again she Failed and Refused to assist me the ESW.  On July 13, 2009 which is an inaccurate for starting a work dated  After all this waiting to start work.  I finally  working now  on 7-13-2009 Never was my first optional choice in starting the work dated.  Notice :  Here are many descriptions of bad behaviors of Union Representation Ms Dickenson on items list below. 

1)  On October 22, 2010 Union rep was informed and instructed by me Employee Staff Worker, ESW # 98840.  Please do not send my union card with my Social Security number that is on card Never to my place of work Only through Pick-up at Office.  Note :  Ms Dickenson Failed and Refused to do so. 

2) On January of 2012 Driver Mr. Rymer appoarched  me ESW in the cateria station at work said Your Supervisor Alex Baron tell him to give me my Union card i hand taken it from out of his hand and said thank you. 

3) Union Representative Ms Dickenson is aware of all conflicts of on-Going issues between my co-workers but she Failed and Refused to resolved the problems what so ever. 

4) I was the first CNA to be Hired in the year 2009 ,then comes two others CNA after me in the year 2011.

5)  Rey Ingrid CNA came Second Hired in the year 2011. 

6) Ingrid Lewis-Fleming CNA came Third Hired which was Last in the year 2011.  Notice :  My Permanently work scheduled shift is the 11pm to 7am assigned to me only CNA,ESW #98840.  Rey Ingrid CNA, shift is scheduled for the 3pm-11pm  and Ingrid Lewis-Fleming CNA, shift is  scheduled for 7am to 3pm.  Notice : Ingrid Lewis-Fleming CNA, Quit the Government job two times in a rolls and informed me PF, CNA that she hates the 7am to 3pm shift and wants to see if she can get on the same shift as me ESW #98840.  Fleming CNA, quit job in the year 2011 in less than 60days she returns back to Government site again and Acting head supervisor Alex Baron RN removed me PF, CNA off my 11pm shift to give to Fleming CNA.  ASAP i PF called Union Rep Ms Dickenson and informed her of incident that occur at work. 

Union Rep Failed and Refused to assist me on this matter.  Notice :  Co-worker Fleming informed to me PF, CNA that Acting Supervisor Baron RN is her Best Friend and they are next door neighbor too.  Notice : Acting Night Contract Supervisor Ms Maria Antoine went home with my paycheck and tear wide open it.  PF,CNA called Union Rep Dickenson of incident she Failed and Refused to resolved the problem.  Notice: Shirley Proctor RN, Clinical Care Coordinator and Dr Lee C. Whitaker, Medical Director and along with Acting/Head Supervisor Alex Baron RN,  On November 2012 on my scheduled 11pm shift all three of them force me Patricia Farrell CNA, ESW into a room and ask for me to Sign Fraud documents saying alleged Inappropriate Behavior i PF, CNA Refused to sign False statement.  ASAP i PF, CNA called Union Rep Ms Dickenson of incident she Failed and Refused to assist me of this matter.  Notice : Lynette M. George, RN MPH, Acting Deputy Commissioner of Public Health Services she have called me Patricia Farrell Employee Staff Worker, CNA that i am Metal Ill in front of all the co-workers at Work.  ASAP I PF CNA, Called Union Rep, Ms Dickenson of incident she Failed and Refused to resolved this urgent matter.  Notice :  Ms Glissy Duran Labor Relations Specialist tells me PF,CNA that i have a Problem in front of others higher officals in a meeting. 

Notice :  Ms Ruthlyn White, Territorial Director of Human Resources is Aware of All On-Goings complaints between me PF,  and co-workers but Failed and Refused to Resolved this bad Conflicts between Everyone.  Notice :  Ms White Human Resources tried to Force a  Written check on me PF,CNA but i have Refused it.  Notice : Ms White Human Resources informed the Department of Labor that i PF CNA, ESW Abandomat my job and Voluntary Quit that is Truly False i could not even collect unemployment is because of this inaccurate Statement.  Notice :  James . W . Kitson, Administrative Law Judge on April 2013 has Failed and Refused to ask me Patricia Farrell, CNA, Employee Staff Worker Number 98840.  Where is your Union Representative Ms Dickenson Kitson,Law Judge continue a meeting without Union Rep which i know you can not do that because it is a illegal Practice.  Notice : I am a Victim and been out of work, is because my Union Representation is Best Friend of my Acting Supervisor Alex Baron RN, they all have ruin my Reputation and i PF CNA, ESW, # 99840 want my Job back because i Never had any Due Process.  Please Some one who  out there can you kindly help me with this Un Just Matter thank you.
