United Site Service broke the RV black water tank, refused to replace kept trying to glue it together, put tank in yard to collect all water Apple Valley California

The idiots broke the RV black water tank and refused to fix it. their answer was gluing it 3 times and it didn't work leaving black water leaking on my property. Then their answer was to put a catcher under the tank and cut my gray water hose to dump black and gray water into a 250 gallon stand alone tank. This may have worked but the tank is higher than the RV spigot causing us to go out everyday and manipulate the hose to get the heavier black water from clogging the hose. 

RV company now has to get a second company to come out and fix Uniteds break.  United sucks crap when it comes to people's equipment and lives. 3, yes three times they had us with no bathroom for 4 hours. It was not a simple use the house bathroom as we are living in the RV due to a house fire. Have some feelings what if was your family?
